The secret of Silver lake

The story happened in summer, one boy went on holidays to one hause and it abandonned. He met two boys.
The hause was near the Silver lake and one boy told the story os this lake. The story said, in 1920s one ganster wai killed in this lake. His name was Jack Devlin and had a treasure. At midnight, the ghost of Devlin appeared.
The three boys wanted to find the treasure, but the had got a problem.
